I told Vadim I wanted a full refund since I had lost all trust in him, because of his lies and empty promises. Vadim tells me he will return my money when he sells the Headers ( do I smell more stalling tactics) that miraculously appeared ! I told him I was not his partner, and I wanted my Money returned to me immediately. Vadim then told me that I would receive my refund that week. That week, was weeks ago. And that was the last time I ever heard from Vadim Fedordezn.
More lies to come, Vadim ?????

Holy SH>T Now I hope every one now sees what I have been talking about all a long.. I have heard the same BS for over a year.. TIME to get together and get all of our Money back.. We have over 50k in money owed to members from Vadim. I have many many PM's.. I say it's time to say "PAY or we call the cops... It is more than just an issue with this guy.. It is stealing...

I can tell you this. I totally believe the OP. I figured out early in the game that Vadim was F.O.S. I tried to get an intercooler pump and upgrade from him and all I got were continued lies. Every time I would call to inquire about when this upgrade will be available he told me "In about 1 to 2 weeks." I would call 2 weeks later and there was always an excuse why it was not available. Pissed me off. I would have appreciated if he just came clean and said he was not sure for whatever reason. I just lost total faith in him and I could just tell he was B.S.ing. Sorry to hear about your experience. Call the police and ask for a detective. What he did is grand theft if it is over 5K. Hope you get your money back soon.

Guys, please tell me that you paid with a credit card, because if you did, getting your money back is simple. Call your credit card company right away. Let them know that you paid for merchandise from a vendor that is refusing to send you the product, and you will have your money back in about two weeks.

I had to do the same thing when Jordan from 360 forged lied to me for 7 months. I got my $7,500 back in two weeks.

I have only delt with Jerry at Eurocharged so I can not comment on the others. But I can say Jerry has done everything 100% of the time! He is a true business owner and cares 100% about the customers satisfaction!

bodyguard - You need to take legal action. This is theft plain and simple and it's been going on for quite awhile on the Net. Most people just write it off as a bad decision and those responsible go on to prey on more people like us. Ban him from site.

+1...although I did not see where he did or did not use a credit card. If he did, he needs to dispute the charge immediately with his credit card company.

So many vendors out there do nothing but lie to get the sale. I have had other vendors tell me a particular product is in stock only to wait several months for the product to come directly from the manufacturer in Italy. Other vendors offer "introductory specials" with guaranteed allocations but then tell you that they only have one of the parts and that the other is on backorder. How is that a guaranteed allocation?

I hope you paid by credit card. Just call them, dispute the charge, and send back whatever junk they did send you. Simplest way to handle things with the least cost to you. Let us know when you get things resolved.

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with him. Another OP started a similar thread in the past. I too had a negative experience that turned out okay in the end so I said nothing about it. Maybe now I should post my experience for the sake of the forum. Before I do, I want to make it clear this is my side of the story and my best recall of the events. It could be that we are in the minority as far as Vadim’s customers go.

In the summer of 08, I bought an 80mm TB and a piece of stainless U-bend for a secondary cat delete. I paid Vadim in full up front as you did. I then waited weeks for the products to arrive. They did not come so I began emailing and calling Vadim. I then entered into the realm of what seemed to be deception and delay as you are currently in. I started ramping up the frequency of emails and phone calls. Weeks later something actually shipped. I was told it was everything but it was only half the order. Apparently the UPS man screwed up at least according to Vadim. It seems UPS is a common scapegoat. Finally the rest of my order did arrive and worked as advertised.

Perfect example guys of why you should only go with companies like RENNtech, Kleemann, etc. In addition, you should always use some sort of credit card for payment, so you can dispute any charges if needed. "Live and learn" gentlemen. G/L!
