My experience with Vadim Fedordezyn ( MUST READ !!!)

On September 1, 2009 I paid Vadim Fedordezyn, in full, for his FD540 package ( headers ,air box, filters, intake kit, spacers, UD pulleys ) minus the ECU re flash. On that day, Vadim told me I would probably be able to receive all my merchandise within a week. Since then, I have been told nothing but one lie after another. As of today, all I ever received from Vadim are the spacers and air filters. Vadim has emailed me worthless tracking numbers for headers that were never sent ( I verified this with UPS ). I was then told by Vadim that the Air box HAS BEEN SHIPPED from Canada ( also not true, which he later admitted to ). I was also told by Vadim that the Intake Kit and UD Pulleys would be shipped and tracking numbers would be given to me. ( again a lie ). After repeated phone calls and many empty promises, Vadim tells me is unable to send me my merchandise, because he never had it in his possession to begin with. Vadim then tries to tell me he would still be able to get me the Headers, ( obviously another stall tactic ), which at this point, I felt he was insulting my intelligence and patience, since those Headers were one of the first things he supposedly sent to me WITH tracking numbers.
I told Vadim I wanted a full refund since I had lost all trust in him, because of his lies and empty promises. Vadim tells me he will return my money when he sells the Headers ( do I smell more stalling tactics) that miraculously appeared ! I told him I was not his partner, and I wanted my Money returned to me immediately. Vadim then told me that I would receive my refund that week. That week, was weeks ago. And that was the last time I ever heard from Vadim Fedordezn.
More lies to come, Vadim ?????

dude if you paid by credit card I would complaint and get your money back. I've had a similar experience with another vendor but I waited to long and cant ask my credit card to refund my money. Dont wait for him to make good on his promisses move on and get your money back.

wow...saga continues. i know times are tough for everyone. But still wrong to take someone's $$$ and not send the goods. Def dispute with your credit card company and let them go after him.

Jesus. It seems like these threads are popping up almost weekly. I've only had 1 experience with Vadim when he was with VRP, and he was more than accommodating. My headers did arrive maybe a week late, but I got them and they've been great on my W211.

Seems like once he split from VRP, things started going downhill.

Damn.

this is just the beginning of stories of Vadim. you wanna watch stuff spill out? the dirt is usually posted in the W211 AMG forum and it looks like it is finally time this guy gets what he has had going for him for awhile

Tough times or not, to take money and not provide the goods is theft. The stall tactics come and the next thing you know the company/person disappears along with your money. Do not let up and get the authorities

OP made two mistakes:

1) did not use a credit card for the purchase. huge mistake.
2) did not research the seller before the purchase. just 30 seconds spent looking on this site would have saved the OP a lot of grief.
