Eurotech wheels?!

Has anyone done any business with Eurotech wheels? Not the sponsor here Eurotech motorsports, Eurotech wheels out of San Diego?

They've got some R-class wheels that are interesting, but they only seem to have a e-bay presence, which makes me kind of wary.

Don't know anybody who has bought from them. However, I would admit that they do look sharp. You can buy directly from them at www.usarim.com These things are hard to buy off line as you can get a real good idea what you are getting, eg., the finer details. Its like trying to buy a print or painting from a dealer w/o seeing it in person. I know the feeling, it is a bit nervous.

By the way, thanks R. Reys for your comments in regards to neg. a deal on a 08 CPO. Will keep you all posted when I finally pull the trigger.

I have been looking at his wheels and am seriously considering getting from him as his wheels do look nice. I am still also not sure if I want to go with 20's or stay with 18's. I am a little worried that my wife might complain about the ride with the 20's. I care more about the ride then the look of the bigger wheel if it is going to make a big difference. any thoughts?

20 should not make a huge different on ride comfort. 22" may be a different story since the tires will be low profile.

Thank you....I went with a set of 20's from a local wheel shop. It made only a very slight difference in the feel over bumps. Handling seems a little tighter. It looks much sharper now and it has a more agressive look.

Great Experience with EuroTech Wheels

I had been shopping around for about a year for some 19s to throw on my CLK320 and came across Eurotech on the forums. There were some mixed reviews so I did my homework and called these guys up before ordering. Their policy is pretty simple, if the wheels don't fit they'll pick them up as long as they're not used. The first set I ordered, I wanted a low offset for a really aggressive look and went against the dude on the phone's advice. Long story short, the wheels didn't work and I should have listened. They picked them and replaced them with the right offset (et35) and the wheels fit perfectly. I've been on the rims for two years now and besides some curb rash, they run great. Feel free to contact me for photos, etc. hope this helps

They are nice wheels for the price

I bought a set and used them for the summer until I could afford 20 inch rims and tires. They are great quality except for centercaps. I broke 3 trying to snap them in. I just used the stock ones off my original wheels/ they fit much better. They are a nice hub centric rim so they run true. The offset was a little low for an R the tires were right to the edge of the fender. They called it an aggressive fit and guaranteed they would fit without rubbing. The finish is as good as factory rims. I'm selling the set on ebay for $290 with mounting kit if anyones interested. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...STRK:MESELX:IT
