i don't have 07 or R63, but unlike my S55, i had to play around w/ this a bit and even reading the manual.
it wasn't quite so intuitive, but i finally got it to work.
it takes a bit of tweaking on the steering button controls to program, but it does work.

yes it does...

in your convenience menu on inst. cluster select it. Then, when you jump in your car to start it, make sure the right mirror adjust is selected instead of the left...leave it in right, and it'll always tilt down.

has to activate via SDS.
