Climate Control Blower Fan Issue??

Have a 1998 CL500.
When in A/C mode it blows mega volumes of air.
When in heating mode the air volume is very weak even when fan speed is cranked up to max. I presume the Blower fan is good since I have no issues when in A/C mode. Any ideas?????
