electric seat

i have recently prchased a S320. As life would have it, the first time we operated the passenger (front) electric seat, everything works except, the seat does not go forward. That is, is moved back, lumbar supports work perfectly the only thing that cannot operat is going forwards.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
