Cool. I'll drive by and see if it's there again. Maybe it's the owners or a regulars. I'd love to see it up close rather than jump out of my car in the middle of traffic. :-) It looked like it was in pretty nice condition. I'm very curious about the passenger area.
If anyone else spots it around, please post where! Thanks!

6.9 limos in Los Angeles
I've seen three, so far. The one pictured is usually back and forth between the Paramount studio and the Strip, where it was photographed. It's a long stretch and was certainly done in California. An eccentric older gentleman owns two others, slightly shorter, one black, one white. Fully functional 6.9 suspensions and everything properly extended in the conversion. Rear interior is conventional with a second rear-facing M-B bench seat behind the divider, persian carpets, etc. The older fellow does not rent his out, but enjoys cruising with his wife. The shorter conversions were done in Germany by a coachbuilder. His limo 6.9s have opera lights on the B-pillars. Met him one day at a wrecking yard when I pulled a low-mileage Euro 6.9 engine and trans. Very knowledgeable about 6.9 mechanicals and quite proud of his cars. I'm certain that he monitors the forums.
