560 Sel, New to MB, Is it a good deal.

Well i just came accrot a 560sel in my area. No one was home so i couldnt get a year or info but what i could tell. Its white, has 120,000 miles, said to be garage kept, small spot of rust. But over all in good shape. They are asking 1000.00. Is there anything to look for that goes bad on these cars??? Ive been in the lexus community for a long time and looking to get some mb's. Any info would be greatly appricated as im new to these cars. thanks guys
