HELP! 1996 MERCEDES BENZ S320 NOT STARTING AT ALL!

Sounds like a dead battery.
Check that the NEG batt cable is tight. Check voltage with a multimeter or using CCU screen #23 (press and hold REST for 5-6 secs, toggle screens using AUTO buttons). Check fuses.
