RATE MY MECHANIC !!!

Hello everyone ! Yesterday i went to new independent mechanic , who came very highly recommended by word of mouth. I had to change spark plugs in my 1998 s320. Paid parts plus labor 120$ ( oem bosch spark plugs) .I had a feeling that i overpaid , anybody ever had that feeling ,lol ? Anyways please let me know what would be fair to pay for spark plugs for my inline 6 with labor .Wasn't 120 $ little be too much ? I just need to know if i should go ever back to that guy again. Best regards everyone ! To remove this ad, register today or login if you already are registered!

That is not too high at all.

plugs are about $20, add tax, and about 1 hour of labor, and you're pretty much there.

I called mb dealer they said sparks are 10$ a piece. I know my mechanic installed bosch platinum , i don't know maybe they more expansive that regular plugs 10 bucks plugs .I had 6 installed for my s320 so i guess parts would make at least 60$ plus tax.I don't know if i am thinking correctly here .Need some more input please.Anybody ever done plugs?

It looks to be a fair price.
