Passenger airbag disable? Beeping on turn of ignition key.....

Hi All,

I would like to fit a child seat in the front of my car but I am not sure if I can turn off the airbag, is this possible?

Also when I turn the key in my ignition there is a beep/s for about 2 secs and then goes away. Anyone know what this is about? I have no malfunctions so all is well!!

beep is normal///cant turn air bag off manually//mb has specail car seat that when installed in front seat will turn air bag off
