19"x9".5 rims with the 255 40 19 tire will fit?

hello
i have 2001 s 430 and i have Problem with my tire
i have after marke rims front 19" x 8.5(245 35 19) rear 19" x 9.5 (275 30 19) but From start it To scratch back side

so later i down to 19" x 9".5 (265 35 19) but still scratech back side

now i need to change the tires again. i like to change to (255 40 19 )
tire wil fit?????? any problem.
guys please let me know??
