What is a Thrust arm boot?

Hey everyone my car was at the dealers body shop. they said my camber was out of spec because of a the thrust arm boot was torn.

Is this a DIY?

Is this part of airmatic?

If this is part of the Airmatic does this mean i have a leak and can lead to a pump malfunction?

Anyone know the cost of this?

Thanks for any help i can get.
