how to adjust headlight aim

non xenon headlights on a 03 S430 sport. is there a adjustment screw somewhere? I looked for 15 min and couldn't see any. couldn't even get the bulb cover open. when they're on at night the visibility is very poor, unless the fog lights are turned on. close to a wall, it seems they are pointed towards outside. Also what type of bulbs if I change them to a higher density?
