Advice on 2003 s600 w RennTech

I loved the CL600 I had, but sold it (and a truck) to get a E550 4matic. I don't love it - not really fast, not really comfortable - so now I'm looking at a 2003 s600 with renntech mods, 38k miles and all options for $32k. Few questions:

Will the s600 handle as well the CL? I figure the CL was a little like a boat, so the s is probably the same.

Will I be able to get a warranty from Mercedes?

If I put on snow tires, will I get up a hill without going sideways?

Thanks!

nj: snow tires will make the ride easy to drive in snow from my experience (I actually prefer my dunlops over my sport tires cuz of their awesome traction)

benz probably wont warranty the car.

never driven cl, but I think the S600 handles well for its size, its no bmw but once I got used to driving abc sport its pretty good..... but I still can't pull cuts over 120 mph (even at 120 I feel less safe.... in my 7 series, I could pull cuts over 150). The speed makes up for the lack of handling. I can't imagine the cl being much different than the s.

I paid LESS than that for a 2004, same miles, and ALL options:

1. Distronic
2. Dynamic seats
3. Key less go
4. Rear sun shade
5. AMG sport package

Only missing item was the heated steering wheel

Living in PA I would of like to have that too.

I would say, keep looking my friend, there are GREAT deals out there my friend. Be patient
