W220 Low Coolant/Washer Error

While driving my 2000 S500 W220 from Oklahoma city to TN my low coolant and low windshield washer messages poped up on my display. I checked these and both were ok so I just cleared these errors with the reset (R)button on my front panel. Now these errors come everytime I start the car and I have to keep clearing these before driving. Anyone know what the problem might be? I'm thinking the sensors are bad and would probably need replacement. Any comments?

I still have that error. It's intermittent and after sending it to Mercedes for the third time, I gave up. They replaced the floats, sensors etc. Nothing worked.
