New modded Z06 video
Thought I'd share since E55 owners always get cooked up with the Z06 discussions.
It's inevitable, with a couple grand, the C6Z is unstoppable. Not my video, but it was filmed at HPE right around the corner here.

right click, save as. 31 MB. enjoy!

If I owned a new Z06 I would be very concerned with that type of setup for long-term reliability.
I do think with headers, cams, and ECU tuning(for under $5K) you would have a car that is bullit-proof like stock that is pushing 650HP and over 600TQ to the crank.

So with Stage 3 cams and headers....a N/A motor was taken up from around 425 rear wheel (being generous with 15% loss) up to 554 rear wheel which would be around 650hp???? A near 150hp increase with cams and headers????
Then I've got wood all over the place.....we're talking about a 6.3 AMG with more torque to start with in the first place. Kleemann I am sure is already working on cams and headers......this is gonna get real interesting. I am sure they will not be as radical as the Stage 3's in the video, but that obviously shoots down the guys who said that mods for an N/A only gain you 5-10 hp....25 max.

my 99 with cam, headers, exhaust, chip, new intake, and other little things took it from 345 hp to 441 rwhp. it was done here in 99. http://www.lgmotorsports.com/
it was the first one they ever did. something was wrong with the wiring at the time of the dyno. after the wiring was fixed (by my dad and a friend that builds marine engines) the car was much more responsive, but never got to dyno it again... i beleive those numbers to be right on for the new Z06! looks awesome!
btw, i didnt like seeing my brand new motor being totally taken apart... probably wouldnt do a cam in a new amg, if i had one... im sure it would void the warranty also...

Thats even better than the twin turbo LFE C5. I guess with that much power you basically have no traction until sometime in 4th gear!

Pretty cool video. You can tell when he started spraying it, I thought it was going to try and jump off the dyno.
Watch out for Z's with window switches!
