PICS from the Birch Bay Meet - April 20, 2008
Just wanted to say thanks to all that showed up and made this meet a great success, from the cool cars, great burgers, photoshooting and fantastic story swapping.
Here are some pics that I've taken. Andrew, please post YOUR pics in here too please!!
Much more to come, folks, I have a lot of post processing/photoshop as I am sure Andrew is also up to his eyeballs in ..Creative Suite, is it?
EDIT: More...

Great Photography Mark
Looks like it was a good turn out with some very nice looking MB's! Thankfully the weather was on your side as well.
Looking forward to more pics.

it's surreal to see all these cars from people's sigs suddenly all in the same place... it's like what happens in the w124 section at night when nobody is logged on...!

Thanks, was it good for you?
Thanks for supporting our GTG with a fantastic turnout - the cars, the people, and the photos - wow, the photos!
People came from all over, some, a great distance.
We had four E500E's there, including a last-minute surprise addition by YVRBNZ and his parents who also brought out another icon, a 190E 16V.
James brought his "near 500", conversion.
There were also several other exceptional and imaginatively modded cars there.
Thanks to Rik for wowing us with his red 500 and Zorro and Berti with their Darth Vader and Terminator cars.
Special thanks to Gerry and Stacy who came from as far away as Portland, to join us. Loved the nitrous!
Best of all, it was a pleasure to meet everyone, personally.
Enjoy the photo coverage by our own "paparazzi", Mark (ZorroAMG), and Andrew (MBInspired) - truely fabulous pictures.
Cheers,
Sean

Ohh, man. I love that photo! As soon as I saw it, I wanted it for my sig. Stunning solarisation effect. Is that Gerry's car?
You better TM that shot.

Fantastic shots you took. Glad we didn't leave you and your stoopid broken headlight in Coquitlam! LOL
Don't know why, but I really liked shot of the Lorenzo behind the 16V and the silver and red 500s' front wheels.
The "Horseshoe" was a good idea and it was fun to see "Drivers and Their Cars".
I haven't even checked the uploaded album, yet.

Andrew's ML's not a classic either and he made it that much better! Join us anytime!
Sean, your sig is of course YOUR car. Note the name of the image, 1796 and match it with the 1796 on the album I linked..

I like the "ground effects" shots of the BertiRikZorro trio.
