anyone else have this problem - interior light

When I get out of my car in my garage - and leave the car unlocked - the little courtesy light in the bottom of the rear view mirror does not go out. I will come back to the car 30 minutes later and there is still light in the car (very little light - but it is still on). The only way to make it turn off is to lock the car using the remote.

Anyone have any ideas why this would happen? Anyone else noticed this?

Mine is the same way, always has been that way.

Mine goes off after 15-30 seconds with the doors unlocked.
