More dyno results on my SL600

Ran another baseline this morning at one of our local tunners "England Green". They specialize in GM LSx engines but have recently worked on some Porsches, etc. They use a Dyno-Dymanics unit. The unit was calibrated to read Dyno Jet #'s as that is what everyone wants to see and compare to other shops DJ's. Only mod is the Eurocharger two-pass heat exchanged and CM30 pump. I did notice with the new HE the hp is not diving down after 4000rpm at it had on the previous "stock" pull last week. Oh, and I put the top back up for better aerodynamics during the pulls.

This coming week the ECU will be going to Jerry at Eurocharger/LET for a tune and then we'll re-dyno on the same unit. Stay tunned "no pun intended. Track times to follow in a few weeks.

I am waiting for the shop to email me the runs but here are some pictures. They were able to get an rpm signal from an injector wire.

STRAPPED DOWN

HOOKING UP TO AN INJECTOR FOR THE RPM SIGNAL.

MY CHEAP HEAVY 20's ROLLING

AND THE RESULTS. Look in the lower left hand corner, 487rwhp SAE corrected.

Very interested in your 1/4 mile MPH numbers. Not a whole lot of us running these cars down the track. Good luck!

My highest MPH was 121 but that wasn't on my quickest E.T.

Very nice stock power! Can`t wait to see tune results and track times..

Looks the the power and TQ match up with your last dyno. Looks like the latest dyno stabed the pedal at a higher RPM and thus missing out on some peak TQ numbers.. Either way, dead on! Car is going to fly with some of HRP air in it..

Thank you, I got a great deal through a local shop here in Houston on the set up. Sizes are 20x9F and 20x10R. Try one of the forum guys: detailking.com for a good deal.

Yes, about two years ago. I've known Stephen aka England Green and Jason his business partner since 2004. Lot's of fun on the Corvette forum back then.
