First winter with a 2005 SL500. What should I do to prep for winter storage?

I don't drive it in the snow period and try to avoid the rain in it if i can. It'll be spending the majority of the winter in my garage. From what I've gathered so far I know to allow the engine to reach operational temps but I don't know how long that takes (how long should I let it run for in the cold) I know to fill the tire pressure up good and plenty to avoid flat spots in the tires and I heard I should fog the engine, but don't know what that means or how to do it. is this a job for the pro's? what else should I do to prep for winter storage? thanks!
