The driver of the SL65 seemed to be sleeping behind the wheel. Modded or not, the Corvette should not pull away from the 65 like that, especially that bad as shown in the video.

A C6 Z06 modded will pull away with easy on a stock SL65 , those things are monsters even stock .

If you want to know more about the car in that clip, the company's website is dpecorvettes.com. That's only their 920hp base C6. Apparently they have a 1200hp Z06 project, but no video of it yet. I can't even imagine how insane that thing will be.

No matter how fast your car is, there's always going to be someone with a faster ride. Personally, I don't care if someone has a quicker car than me. I just enjoy what I've got and at the same time can also appreciate other people's monster machines.

If so 900hp would explain it. I know a few guys that have owned TONS of high hp horsepower cars and really into drags- 996/911 TT, Vipers, Modded exotics and so on....and they all say the SL65 is one of the hardest pulling cars they've ever driven.
