Differences in SL65 2005-present

I have searched the site and have not been able to determine what if any changes have been made to the SL65 from 2005-present. Any help clarifying this issue would be welcomed. Thanks To remove this ad, register today or login if you already are registered!

The 2005 and 2006 have bigger brakes!

The 2005-06 have larger 8 piston front calipers the 2007-09 have 6 piston...

The 2005-6 front bumper and fog lites vs the 2007-8 are just a little different it is very slight and hard to see the different shape of the 3 front grilles.

2005-06 also has grilles on the sides of the front bumper were as the 2007-08 has vents.

The 2007-08 has revised steering and ABC valving...

The 2009 is the new body style and the interior is totally different with tuck and roll type upholstery, the wheels are new and not 2 piece (which are junk and bend easily!) 2009 is a only a one year body style which should be very collectible!
from memory:
2005- 650 built

2006 -390 built

2007 - 215 built

2008 -140 built

2009 - 80-100? guess

Do you know when they will change the body shape from the new 2009 shape. I was told 2010 then somebody said 2013.
Any Ideas!
