Thericker,
I really wanted feedback on the graphs. How do I insert the actaul pic into the body? Anyone? No leaks found. Testing Map and wastegate adjustment today. This car has always been 30-40 rwhp low, even with Renntech so maybe the wastegates r an issue or the Map is reading boost higher than actual. Also checking for Vac. leaks. I bet it is the Wastegate

I could see the charts, you can open them up in Photoshop or MS paint. Posted below. I would send them to the tuner and have them check it out. You are short boost, could be the ECU flash or hardware. I'd try the easy route first and have the tuner re-flash your ECU and then dyno it again.
You're only seeing a max of 18.8 psi. That is an issue and I would think that tune should pull 20-22psi? The drop off could be caused by high IAT's or fueling. It shows way rich 10:1 at max boost and then leans from there. Your hp line does not dive at the upper rpm range, so to me it looks like your max boost is too low and holding down your power output. Are you running mufflers? ![]()

No mufflers, custom x exht. Its not a fueling nor an IAT issue. tune was set to be rich on high boost to be on the safe side. the tune has not been well tested on the 600 so 2 rich is better than 2 lean at this point. here is the other 2 graphs (550 rwhp) in jpeg.

I have heard that removing the mufflers can cause a loss of 1.5 - 2psi of boost. This is second hand info so consult an expert. I do know that adding headers to a supercharged car will cause a drop in boost. They get power from the headers but lose some power from the boost loss. They fix this by going to a smaller pulley though.

I did with a Renntech tune. No change with or without.

I had my right wastegate rod nut fall off so the wastegate was always open, took 4-5000 rpm to make boost and exhaust was so loud. Found the problem and did double nut so it wont happen again. I have kleemann tune and max boost is 22.3 psi on Dashdaq.
