It surely is...makes me scratch my head why MB limited the car to a mere 199mph as the stock power alone should easily propel the car in 200s.

Yeah from what I've heard from Benz mechanics.... the 65 Black Series engine and transmission are in fact actually different and stronger than the normal 65 engine.... now this all makes sense....

Does anyone here think VRP or Renntech will eventually be able to get it to 1,000 lb/ft of torque and 900 Horsepower? A much stronger LSD will be needed and bigger brakes too, right?

Well Renntech added a LSD to that car and as someone also stated there is a built transmission option as well. I wonder if they had that (LSD + Built Trans) along with the tuned car, what it will run at the strip.
