It is a drop in filter for the car, like K&N etc.

green filters are notorious on C55s, C32s, and other cars for disintegrating into smaller pieces into the air box. i would stick with K&Ns. Green had a production period where they messed up a ton of filters. i would steer clear of them for a bit
