Knocking noise over bumps

Having a knocking noise when I go over small bumps or dips, sounds like the front shocks may be shot, but could it be something else? shocks usually don't knock that hard. To remove this ad, register today or login if you already are registered!

Put it on the hoist, its the sway bar links, even though I replaced them just last year with some ebay ones, looks like they fell apart already, gonna stick to OEM this time.

How many miles are on your shocks ? dont be surprised to find out that it could be that . and if you car is lowered via after market springs & Bilsteins sports and you have 19" the life of the Bilstein sports is much less with that set up. Of course the front end can have many other culprits but if the shocks have 60K miles or more , I would change these to start.
