Any updates on this setup? Was considering making my own setup but really like for the filters to be outside of the engine compartment to avoid higher IATs.

I am working on a project that will incorporate a new intake. I want to make sure that it will fit by itself.

Let me know what you find out. Funktion Auto looked at deleting the fog lights, and took off the bottom plastic panel to see if air could be routed up. Nothing. Only deleting the headlights like Blackbenz ala Supra style. Not acceptable for me.

Someone here in Cols. Ohio has alread made VRP fangs for a w211 55. They are polished and look pretty good. I think the guy that fabed them spent $350.

Don't kid yourself! It is a coupe tubes with filters of your choice on the end. The tubes only run one way and that along the engine to the front of the car.

I like vadims design more inline with stock does ab racing have a website? Does it make the supercharger sound any louder?

His has the fangs with a 180 pully and the supercharger sounds like one in a Mustang Cobra. I can hear it a block away and in the car it is awsome.

Can AB rig something like the fangs? I'm interested in any intakes, since there are only airboxes available for exhorbent prices. Where does the MAF sensor go?
