Front Suspension Squeaking noise?

My car just recently started squeaking from the driver's side front suspension. area. I can push down on the car and it squeaks and it also does this just going through parking lots, etc. Very embarassing to say the least. It sounds like I'm driving an old lincoln town car or something

. I took the wheel off last night and sprayed a few of the bushings with WD-40 and it helped for a little bit but seemed to come back almost instantly. Any ideas as to what I should do to get rid of it?

I had the same issue a few months back. Unfortunately it is your control arm bushings and you will need to change them in order to get rid of the sound. I had to change all 6 and it isnt cheap at all.

I have an aftermarket warranty- do you think this is probably something they'll cover? Looks like I need to break out the policy...

What did it end up running you?

I do believe that the waranty does cover it. If you go with aftermarket parts i believe it was around $1300 and over $2000 for original parts. This is also if you have to change all 6 contro arms and ball joints. Definately use the warranty and get it all done.
