For the idiot thinking he's bidding on a legit black series yes, it's false advertising really. It has fake emblems on the car he could have called it a blacked out E63.

I agree totally with you but do you think those geniuses over at fleabay are car savvy enough to figure out who's telling the truth? I have little faith....

Not so fast.... An E63 BS was never made and does not exist so you cannot falsely advertise something that doesn't exist. Sure, if you had an S55 and put S65 badges on it, and said it had a V12 then sure, that would be false advertising. But this retard isn't doing that. He's just being very deceptive, and intentionally trying to mislead people and increase his views. Personally, I think scumbags like this should be beaten senseless because they are fully aware of what they are doing which makes it even more malicious.
