NW E55 Meet and greet(pics)
Had the chance today to meet up with a few fellow E55 owners, amazingly they were all silver. We drank some coffee and BS'ed about our cars. I even got to do some side by side comparisons. oddly enough when you smoke the tires in front of the police they don't like that , luckily it was just a verbal warning(God I love owning a Mercedes)

what ever town the show was in, we were at a 4 way red light, when it went green i came around the corner and stabed the gas with the traction off and the trans in M in first gear. Somehow I forgot to look behind me at the cop sitting at the other side red light.

Wondering when is the next time you guys are getting together? My E55 is not silver but the Designo Graphite. My wife has the silver, but its a 2008 E350 (good for her).

It was nice to meet you guys as well. Sneakyneon and I got to "excersise" our cars a little after the meet on our way up to Salish. There were cops everywhere, but we...well, almost, got away with everything. as sneaky said. Anyway, we should do it again.

I was up in BC a few weekends ago for a bachelor party and ran into a few 55's down there. I'm thinking about planning an AMG meet this summer because I know a few Portland people are interested as well. I'll keep you posted!

Generally when you get 4 guys together who are enthusiastic about their cars, it's rare to see them all in stock form.

I guess I didn't see the point and nobody asked what mods. We are all excited about new ownership -- 3 out of 4 of us have only had the cars for less than 2 months. Also from one pic its hard to tell whats modded. One was lowered and another lowered after the meet. Another one of the cars has upgraded cooling system with remote reservoir.

It's pretty rare to do a GTG and the same car shows up..
