I can only guess as to why this has been such a head ache this time around.

But here is a solution? Maybe? Just make the payment non refundable due to negligence or any personal reasons.

Just to make it fair and just?

Mo is on the hook for for the payment to the track and there are over 40 parties involved to make this track rental happen. On any given day one of us could either decide not to go or something has happened in our lives that keeps us from attending or that could be all of us simultaneously who knows? Mo goes out of his way and his contacts way to set this up. All of the under signed have agreed to the payment and date just by adding our names to the list. Mo being the good guy that he is follows through with what he said he would do even if he has to pay out of his own pocket. So in my mind the same respect should be given, even if it has to be a set rule in order to add your name to the list.

Now of course there should be rain checks in case of rain or inclement weather.....

You'll have plenty of fast cars there my friend. I'm a die hard track junkie and if my prior commitment wasn't family related i would be there for sure. Benzboi's and Blue Monsters car is every bit as fast as mine and they'll be there representing the E55's. Good luck with 10's I'll be cheering for you....quietly .

Hay is anyone doing anything after the races? I'm debating if I want to stay in Bakersfield another night or, Jump down to LA/Hollywood area to seek liquid entertainment.

Bakersfield is small town, there's a couple of places but not anywhere compared to LA/Hollywood. I would be willing to drive with you down to LA/Hollywood after the races..... Juicee knows a few really GOOD spots

It's only a 1.5 hour drive.
