Parking brake released but Brake bulb still ON...

Dear all,
When I release the parking brake the red Brake bulb does not go off and when I start rolling I receive the "Release Brake" alarm. I got it measured and the parking brake is released (car does not brake when rolling) but the switch is stacked...
The question is: Where is this switch located? (i have some schematics from detali.ru...) Has anyone experienced such a thing before?
What could I do to stop heal this?
Thank you all...
