When you think of the Mercedes SL, you probably think of it as a golfer's ride. But the SL 55 AMG is altogether another beast. With a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 producing 493 hp and prodigious amounts of torque, this is more old-school ground pounding roadster than Beverly Hills cruiser.
