Magical Sedan

For those unfamiliar with the jaw-dropping Mercedes-AMG sedan, the Mercedes E63 has been putting supercars to shame for years. The current iteration of the high-performance E-Class is powered by AMG's 4.0-liter biturbo motor. The power plant in stock form is capable of producing 603 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque for the E63 S, and it's mated to a 9-speed transmission.

Brabus

The factory E63 S has an unbelievable 0-60 acceleration time of 3.0 seconds. Some have even recorded as low as 2.8 seconds! And since that type of force is clearly not enough out of a 4-door sedan for some folks, the engineers at Brabus have taken it upon themselves to improve the AMG monster even further.

Upping the Power

To give the E-Class even more potency, Brabus has replaced the turbos with more capable ones. They've also given the vehicle's ECU a more favorable remap to bring the power output to 789 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. Not much else has been revised by the tuner, as the Mercedes-AMG product already possesses the best equipment that Affalterbach has to offer.

Visual Modifications

In typical Brabus fashion, their tuned E63 also receives a host of styling modifications to give it the signature Brabus look. A front splitter, custom grille, Brabus wheels, a rear spoiler, and a carbon-fiber diffusor are all part of the exterior kit. The aforementioned wheels are available up to 21 inches in diameter. Brabus badging graces various parts of the exterior and interior of the car as well.

Worth the Price?

Allowing the fire-breathing Biturbo V8 to express itself freely is a custom exhaust system that enhances the roar of the E63. The system also features a quiet mode, so as to not wake up the neighbors' cat. The Brabus-tuned E63 S will have a hefty price tag, starting in the neighborhood of $225,000, which is more than double the starting MSRP of the factory E63 S.
