Form and Function

Power

Imagine a custom crafted biturbo V8 engine, paired with an electric motor, together capable of producing 805 horsepower all available at the palms of your hands. There simply isn’t any hesitation, as low-end torque is sustained through the effort of the electric motors, while high-end power is delivered with its turbochargers. Its a combination of technological truth and white-knuckle displacement. Speeds of over 60 mph are capable in just under three seconds and if that wasn’t enough, power is available at all four wheels utilizing the 4MATIC system.

Economy

Having to choose between an internal combustion engine, and SLS AMG electric drivetrain is a thing of the past. Mercedes has integrated an electric unit that allows the driver to either make use of a hybrid system or simply rely on either power output. This design offers multiple options for the driver, but also incorporates an emphasis on cleaner emissions.

Exterior Design

Combining the aggressive lines of a post-modern muscle car and class of a top-end luxury model, the GT concept manages to encapsulate what a performance car should look like. Retracting radiator vents can open or close to better cool the engine bay. The trunk creates an aggressive, wide-body stance, while its slim taillights complement the sleek flow of the body. Its front, sides, and rear are equipped with carbon fiber spoilers. Another sometimes overlooked feature is the nano-active fiber headlights. Available with daytime and standard running lamps, this new technology is specifically fashioned to create high power luminance, without the worry of early wear.

Interior

Following true to its inspired design of form and function, the available interior shots flow with vibrant contrasting color displays, stark upholstery, and convenient design. All the the Mercedes-Benz technological wonders are available, including the HUD display, adaptable cruise control and more. Its seats are made of high quality leather, while suede inserts fit snug into the door panels. Driver controls are laid out in an easy-to-use fashion, but more importantly, mimic that of an aviation cockpit–as the buttons are lined around the shifter control. A standard touchscreen console is prominent right at the center.
