Here's What Could Be the New & Very Sleek 2021 S-Class

Over the past few weeks, there have been a lot of spy shots and videos of the next generation of Mercedes Ben’s flagship luxury sedan, the S-class. But the most recent spy photo is the clearest one to date, as this one is without any of the camouflage wrapping that previously hid the vehicle’s body.

What could it be?

Early reports suggest the 2021 S-Class will be available before the end of the year and will be on sale come 2021. Along with this particular class of vehicle, Mercedes will also introduce the fully electric EQS and ultra-luxurious Maybach version at this time too.

So what can we tell about the front of the car from this photo?

Well, for one, the grille protrudes a bit more from the body than previous models. It also looks have a bit more of an upright position and is outlined by a decent amount of chrome. Super-sleek looking headlights appear to wrap around the front of the car’s fascia providing more area of the road to be illuminated.

What about the body of the new S-Class?

While the angle of the render is not ideal for judging the body type of the vehicle, it does appear as though the new S-class will feature a very simple, very smooth design to it. There are no creases or visual flares to it and the suggestion that there will be pop-up door handles with this new model suggests the car itself will have a very sleek feel to it.

What about the interior?

Believe it or not, spy shots were snapped of the interior of the new S-Class. Similar to most other Mercedes Benz cars, the new line of S-Class vehicles will feature a nice, wide digital instrument cluster in front of the driver, which is complemented by a well-sized infotainment screen in the center stack.

When will we see the S-Class on the showroom floor?

Previous spy photos of the 2021 S-Class featured the car outfitted in camo-wrap, to protect the car snoops from viewing in full all of the upgrades and changes made to the German car maker’s flagship luxury sedan. This one here is the first one that we’ve seen sans wrap, although it is slightly obstructed as it appears as though the photographer was up in the rafters when he/she was snapping shots of the vehicle.
