Brakes

This beauty has grand touring power and isn't exactly the lightest convertible in the world, so it needs an adequate braking system to stop things getting out of hand. Bringing this car to a halt are four disc brakes with vented front rotors. All the brakes are governed by ABS.

Transmission

The V8 in this 560SL also has 279 lb-ft of torque on tap. Ensuring this model pulls as a grand touring car should is a 4-speed automatic transmission, which also allows the driver to shift manually.
